With over 25 years in real estate, Efren started his career at Casas GEO and later founded his first independent project, Hogar es Tu Casa. He has worked as an independent broker, served as Sales Manager at Ecohogares, and is now founder of Inmobiliaria La Baja in Ensenada, certified by INFONAVIT. His mission is to guide clients through one of the most important moments of their lives with clear, responsible, and experience-based advice.
Jennifer Camacho Tranvilla
From Ensenada, Jennifer has over 13 years of experience in real estate and mortgage services, specializing in FOVISSSTE and INFONAVIT financing. She has served as a sales leader at Ecohogares and now co-leads Inmobiliaria La Baja. Her passion is helping clients make informed, confident decisions about their property, guiding them step by step with honest, professional, and clear advice
Jonathan Velázquez Gómez
Originally from Veracruz, Jonathan brings over 19 years of sales and real estate experience, including top sales at developments like Lomas de la Victoria with more than 800 lots sold. As founder of Inmobiliaria La Baja and INFONAVIT-certified advisor, he is committed to offering ethical, professional, and personalized guidance.
